- Recommend training to the finance staff in implementation of the accounting and reporting systems
- Provide curriculum & book lists keeping in mind in the latest academic trends
- Advise on systems of cost control

- Suggesting assessment schedule
- Advise on getting affiliations with examination board
Teacher Training and School Management
- Guide management for conducting specific teacher training for all new teachers at the commencement of a school session
- Advise School Trustees on school management
- Advise School Trustees on school philosophy, financial planning and learning systems
- Attend Management Committee meetings at the invitation and cost of the Trust, to advice on school development and the maintenance of standards
Curriculum Development
- Review agreed curriculum areas and academic planning systems on an annual basis to continuously upgrade and maintain high standards

- Advise on preparation of an annual marketing plan
- Advise on content and design of advertisements for the first academic year
